Where in Orlando is Terra Spa?

7444 Narcoossee Rd STE 422, Orlando FL 32822 — on Narcoossee Rd by Lake Nona, just off SR 528 (the Beachline) and minutes from Orlando International Airport, so it's an easy drive from anywhere in Orlando. Parking at the door; text us if you have trouble finding the suite.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes — Terra is Spanish-first. Book, call or text in English or Spanish, and the whole visit can happen in your language.

How do I book?

Through the online booking page, or call or text us. The room is by appointment only — one guest at a time.

How long is a session?

Every massage is 60 or 90 minutes — you choose when you book. Prices for each massage and upgrade are on the menu above and on the booking page.

Which massage should I choose?

For everyday stress, choose relaxation. For knots, training load or chronic tightness, deep tissue + sport. For lymphatic drainage and fluid retention, maderotherapy. Not sure? Text us what your body needs and we'll guide you.

What are the upgrades?

Small rituals added to your massage — warm candle oil, hand and foot exfoliation, hot or Himalayan stones, aromatherapy, cupping, or bamboo tools. Add one when you book.

What should I expect on a first visit?

A quiet private room and unhurried care. Arrive a few minutes early, tell us where to focus, and the pressure is always yours to set.

Do you take walk-ins?

We're by appointment, one guest at a time — but same-day openings happen often. Text us and we'll fit you in when the room is free.

Do you serve guests from outside Lake Nona?

Yes — Terra is open to all of Greater Orlando: downtown, Winter Park, Dr. Phillips, Hunter's Creek, Kissimmee, St. Cloud and the airport area included. The room sits just off SR 528 at Narcoossee Rd, so most of the city is a short drive.
